I am Thierry Delveaux , structural engineer
Entrepreneur for 25 years and passionate  about equestrian sports.

As a child I got the love for horses, we bred horses ourselves at home and I got riding lessons from my grandfather and my father. When my dad died suddenly when I was 12, I was forced to stop this hobby. 
But once you fall in love with a horse, you never lose that feeling.
And suddenly André De Bolle came my way. I was 38 years old at the time. 
André is a top breeder, an excellent rider and even more passionate about horses than I am.  
I bought my first horse from him, took riding lessons and learned everything I needed to know about the horse world. Our warm friendship is the result of our shared passion.
I discovered that jumping really suited me and now I have 2 jumpers that I train with every week.
Jumping is like flying without wings.
Nowhere do I feel better than on the back of a horse. Maybe because I couldn't live up to my other dream of becoming a pilot...

Equestrian sport is not only a physical sport, it is also a mental sport. 
After all, you can only be a successful rider if horse and rider form a perfect combination.

Ever since I was a student, I wanted to run my own company. 
And I did, I had my own engineering office in road works and stability and afterwards also ran a contracting company.

With Oriental Equine Services I can unite my two passions: horses and entrepreneurship.
Oriental Equine Services is a dream come true, the crowning glory of my professional work where I can combine all my knowledge, experience and drive.

According to the Chinese, my name is 戴天瑞.
